ABOUT THE SHOW: Everyone near and far has a good mind to enjoy freedom just as statehood is about to come to Oklahoma, the place where a young ranch hand, Curly happens to be infatuated with a local young lady, Laurey, where wide-eyed Will Parker has returned early from a trip to the up-to-date Kansas City only to find that his pleasure-seeking girlfriend, Ado Annie unable to say no to other men and where the evil Jud Frye ends up falling on his own knife and dying. Sterling tunes include "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'," "Surrey With the Fringe On Top," "I Can't Say No," "People Will Say We're In Love," and the title song, "Oklahoma!"
