NEW BUSINESS
a. Congratulations to Oklahoma! Cast: the cast of Oklahoma! is well on its way to being fantastic. Rehearsals started and they are getting their voices in shape and their dancing shoes on!
b. Crew and set building help for Oklahoma!: The set needs to be built, so we need help, whatever your skill level come and help paint, or whatever. The set construction dates are attached to the agenda.
c. Theatre paint job: The PAC is getting a face lift. The whole darn thing is going to be painted! The start date for this is unknown by me, but I am sure the PTB knows when all of this is going down.
d. Fall show moving up: The PAC Rat show is moving its show dates. Instead of the beginning of November, we are going to September. This also may change once again, if Bobby decides to direct 2 shows in one year. This is a developing news story.
e. Shannon McHugh Baby Shower: We want to have a baby shower for Shannon and Patrick McHugh. We have to pick a date tonight so we have plenty of time to plan.
f. Meeting Options: Should we have meetings once every OTHER month?
